Namaste, advocates—you don’t have to be a yoga master to enjoy a vinyasa flow with Mental Health Colorado. Join us for Body Positive Glow with the Flow yoga, hosted by City Lights Denver and Christina Marie’s Mantra. All proceeds go to Mental Health Colorado. We will discuss how to talk about mental health with the people that matter most to you in life and how important informed awareness is for our community.
Cost is $15 and the first 30 people to arrive will receive a free Honest Tea! There are also discount coupons for all attendees to Yogi Exchange and a drawing for gift cards.
Please provide your own yoga mat.
