Brighton Rotary Club

December 4, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Each year, more than one million Coloradans experience a mental health or substance use disorder, yet only half get the care they need. The result: Increased hospitalization, homelessness, incarceration, and one of the highest suicide rates in the nation.

How do we make Colorado a national leader in the prevention and treatment of mental illness? Join Andrew Romanoff, former Speaker of the Colorado House and the current President and CEO of Mental Health Colorado, as he leads a discussion on the benefits of early intervention—and the costs of inaction.
