LEAD 2020: Legislative Education & Advocacy Day (POSTPONED)
March 27 @ 11:00 am - 1:15 pm
Legislative Education & Advocacy Day POSTPONED:
In response to the growing concerns over the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), Mental Health Colorado is postponing our Legislative Education & Advocacy Day in order to help mitigate the impact of this evolving public health issue.
Your health and wellness and that of our community partners is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
We look forward to this event and will send information once this is rescheduled at an appropriate time in the future. Please remember that your advocacy remains vitally important at both the state and local levels. Consider devoting some time to reviewing our policy platform, and writing to your elected officials to urge them to show a united front in supporting the entire program of bills that will help transform our mental health landscape.
We appreciate your support of our ongoing work to achieve healthier minds across the lifespan for all Coloradans. Your ticket will be applied to the rescheduled event. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
In these unprecedented times, remember to breathe. Focus on what you can control. Take the recommended steps from public health officials. And don’t miss this chance to practice active kindness to all.
