May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Did you know one in four Coloradans will have a diagnosable mental illness in any given year? Chances are you or someone you love has experienced mental illness. Let’s end the stigma and raise funds and awareness for mental health. The registration fee is $25, and that includes music, dance, refreshments, door prizes, goody bags, and free parking. 100% of proceeds will go directly to Mental Health Colorado.

What is Zumba?

Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
