THE STATE OF MENTAL HEALTH

As part of Montview Presbyterian Church’s adult education series, they will discuss gun violence and its connection with mental health.
Montview is a member of a diverse group of faith communities working together to address and limit gun violence. There is strong support for this effort among members of the church.
Firearms account for more than half of all suicides. Mental Health Colorado President and CEO Andrew Romanoff will talk about how Mental Health Colorado is working to prevent suicide and help the one million Coloradans who experience a mental health disorder each year.
