May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Here you will find many of the events and activities we have planned for this month in one place.

Also, Mental Health Colorado’s theme for the month is ‘get screened.’  You will find the screenings on our website:

Calendar of Events 

May 2nd: May is Mental Health Month Proclamation ceremony at capitol. People take the mental health screening tests to go with our “get screened” theme for the month. All week tables are set up at the capitol, 1st floor north foyer, with literature on Mental Health Colorado and a number of mental health groups.

May 4th: Andrew Romanoff, President Mental Health Colorado, speaks at Frontier House Breakfast in Greeley

May 5th: Staff attends Aurora Mental Health Center Spring Luncheon

May 9th  Colorado College Mental Health screening tests in Student Union during lunch hour

May 12th: Mental Wellness Network Spring Fling

May 18th: Health Heroes Breakfast, Community Health Charities

May 18th: Mental Health in the Sangres Symposium – Pueblo Mental Health Integration Committee

May  19th:  lunch hour screenings on 16th St. Mall

May 21st: NAMI walk

May 24th: Greeley Conversations event

May 27th: Denver Business Journal Supplement featuring Mental Health Colorado  publishes online and in print
