She is the founder of Speaking Grey, a non-profit to catalyse action and conversation around mental health. After her lived experience with Depression, she has been committed to breaking the stigma around mental health struggles and has created resources and hope for over 300+ young adults in India, the US, and Nigeria. Since her time in the US as an international student, she has been at the forefront of building a community-driven safe space for international and underrepresented students in the US. Her exemplary leadership skills and unwavering dedication to social action have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Diana Award in 2021. She is a highly sought-after speaker, presenting at global events, universities, and institutions across the U.S and India to educate communities on youth mental health and emotional wellness.
