Renée has been working in non-profit administration for the past 15 years,  most recently as the Executive Director at the National Association of Social Workers, Colorado Chapter.

Previously, she had extensive clinical experience working with adolescents and their families in a variety of settings, including juvenile justice, mental health, and community-based programs.

From 2005 to 2007, she spent two exciting years volunteering in Vietnam developing curriculum and presenting training in basic social work skills and methods for an international non-government organization.

Renee has a BA in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University and a Masters in Social Work from Catholic University, both located in Washington, DC.

Renee, like E.B. White, wakes up in the morning torn between the desire to save the world and a desire to enjoy it.  She likes to travel, eat, and try new things.
