I find peace in relaxing in the comfort of friendships. Making others laugh and getting lost in sweet conversations with anyone and everyone. Dancing eases my mind and singing when no one is listening
I find my peace cleaning. It helps me to relieve stress, refocus, and gives me a sense of control when life says otherwise. I feel productive and accomplished when I see the end result.
Peace for me can look very different at times, but I always try to listen to myself and follow my inner voice. I can find peace with activity or calm, out in nature or surrounded by people.
I leave my yoga mat out and take moments during the day to meditate, practice yoga or simply lie down and relax. I have come to associate the mat awith being my private island of peace and joy.
I find peace in taking a hot bath with Dead Sea salts; listening to music that moves my soul; quality time with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons on their farm and riding my bike in nature.
I find my peace through being outdoors, hiking with my partner, our dog, and gardening. I also find peace through using the 5 senses meditation while walking outdoors if I feel stressed or depressed.

I am in peace in the Nature, walking there and see the trees , all of green , looking the beautiful flowers growing there .
Spending time in nature always brings me joy and gives me a mental reset. Hiking, biking, skiing, rafting. Mother Nature is my guru!
I volunteer at the DDFL Harmony Equine Center. As a Social Worker through the pandemic, I needed something to help me. Getting outdoors, physical labor, and the horses restored my sense of wellbeing.
Hiking in Colorado's wildlands is my favorite way to unwind and find peace. Access to the outdoors is such a gift.
My family recently moved to the Blue Mountain State to the Rocky State. The aura of Colorado Mountains is exceptional. I get up early and go hiking at endless parks surrounding me.

Be of service. I make my own food, clothing and toiletry bags to hand out to the homeless. I know what they need because I was homeless. Biking, hiking, spending time with my family and doggies.
Running, running and running.
I find my peace by walking. I work from home and make a point to get out at least three times a day. I go to the park just three blocks from my apartment and walk laps. Walking centers me.
I wear positive "I am" statement shirts everyday. I have positive "I am" statement alter prints. The shirts and prints are made by my mom to help with depression. Mom's artist name is Shanti Gentille.
In the Carmichael Household, we find peace by taking walks through nature. From the caves on Gold Camp Road to Mineral Palace in Pueblo, where we reside.

Anything in nature is always restorative for me, and I love getting out on walks or hikes with my dog. The fresh air and sounds of nature always calm my soul.

The world can be hectic place, but I find my peace in the mountains when I snowboard. Nothing like breathing in the fresh crisp air of the rockies, and enjoy time carving on a mountain slope.
I am able to center myself through knitting. The movement of both hands, the feel of the soft yarn, and the attention on the stitch count put me into a "zone" of calmness and focus.

I feel at peace in a few ways. I find peace in cooking a simple dinner while listening to music, but also sometimes cooking in silence. I also find peace when I am in the outdoors, any season.
The mountains bring me peace! Whether it's hiking with our pupper or skiing down a mountain, I find it easier to breath and gain perspective when I'm enjoying the great outdoors.
One of my favorite ways to obtain peace is through BJJ training. When I’m training there isn’t room for other thoughts such as self doubt and what-ifs. There is only me, my partner, and my strategy.
I try not to sweat the small things. Daily meditation practice is extremely beneficial for me. Doing things that I find joy in whether it be playing a musical instrument or going outside.
I find peace by going for a walk in the park each day after work, and either listening to music or catching up with family or friends on the phone.

I find peace in the natural beauty of our state. Especially, for myself in Western Colorado. Amongst the vibrant sea of vineyards and orchards of the high desert surrounded by cliffs and mesas.
I find peace in trail running. Hearing my own breath, being immersed in gorgeous scenery, and experiencing what my body is capable of all help me feel more grounded and grateful.

I am a volunteer with a non-profit called Recycle Bicycles. I call it "wrench therapy", knowing each bike I repair will go free of any cost to someone who otherwise would not have a bike.
