Legislative Education & Advocacy Day (LEAD) is a free community event hosted by Mental Health Colorado that brings together over one hundred advocates, policymakers, and community leaders to advance mental health policy. LEAD offers public education, advocacy training, and direct engagement with legislators. In 2026, 116 advocates participated in advocacy training and visited the Capitol to engage directly with their Senators & Representatives.
